Pauline led training for my Cycle Instructors at the Colorado State University Recreation Center. While looking for a presenter, I attended one of Pauline's cycling classes. It was quickly evident that Pauline would be a great presenter for our workshop. Pauline is well educated, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, passionate and professional. My staff quickly connected with Pauline and had a great educational experience. Pauline's passion for the fitness industry and healthy living is second to none. She stays on top of the latest education and fitness trends allowing her to offer fresh ideas and apply recent research findings. Pauline connects well with a diverse population including all ages and fitness levels. Pauline is a great instructor and a fantastic presenter/educator. It is with highest regards that I recommend Pauline as an instructor, trainer and presenter.

My mother Pauline Brown is the strongest woman I know. Not just physically but heart mind and soul as well. A true teacher she lives every day for others. Trying to take her life's lessons and help others overcome their current life trials. My mother is always looking for a way to brighten someone's day and show them the brighter side of life. She does this through many ways including fitness. Through Zumba she reconnects people with the idea that a healthy lifestyle can be a blast not a drag. Through her Personal Fitness Sessions and Boot Camp classes she teaches people proper technique to live healthier lives and helps them to build their confidence in themselves and their abilities. Growing up she was always there to teach us not only right from wrong but how to be the strong independent young women my sister and I are today.

When I was 4 years old, my mother quizzed me on muscle groups while in the bath tub.
When I was 8 years old, I sat in the corner of aerobics studios rather than being baby sat.
When I was 15 years old, I attended my mother's graduate courses.
When I was 18 years old, I obtained my first group fitness certification and enrolled in the Kinesiology major at SDSU.
I am now 23 years old, about to graduate with my masters in Health and Exercise Science, and owe my passion and enjoyment for the health and fitness industry to my mother. My mother is the most driven and intelligent woman I know, and I truly admire her tenacity and dedication to her clients and this field. I am so thankful to have been raised by such a beautiful and inspirational woman. She made what so many people find to be a chore...fun. I love to be active and I enjoy eating healthy, all because that is how I was raised.
Thank you, mom, for always inspiring me to be my best and treat others the way I want to be treated. Thank you for teaching me how to enjoy life and for showing me the value of education. But mostly, thank you for being you. Any person who has ever met you knows exactly what that means.

I have no words to express my sincere gratitude for your support and commitment to help others feel and be well. Not only you are the best fitness instructor I know, but one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to physical fitness.
Your commitment and passion for what you do are remarkable and it shows in everything you do. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart not only for what you have done for me at a personal level but for what you did for my students. Giving your time and sharing your fitness expertise (Zumba) with my students at Preston Junior High speaks very highly about the kind of generous person you are.
On behalf of our students at preston Junior High, Ms. Jill Hunter and I, Diana Fremaint, receive or most sincere thanks for all you do to enhance the health of our community.

I would like to thank you, Pauline, for coming to my office and giving such a wonderful presentation on your Zumba class as well as your personal training for individuals.
The information you provided to our group was very informative and encouraging for those of us "too busy" for ourselves in treating ourselves well with such an invigorating class as Zumba. The data you presented, in such a professional manner, was exceptional regarding the lowering of Cholesterol and Triglycerides and the difference exercise can make in one's daily emotional mood and overall health improvement without medication. Exercise can do wonders and I am seeing the result.
For me personally, I was always afraid of a gym environment, people wearing spandex!
For one I wanted something more than treadmill and lifting drudgery. And I can tell you how much better I feel in your wonderfully open class where each person is not judged by what they wear or how much or little one can do. Your encouragement has meant more than words can say. I know I will continue with you for a very long time because I benefit so much for you.
I hope you will continue as long as I can continue.
