Hi, I’m Pauline!
I have over 40 years experience in the fitness industry and am the owner of LIFT-4U. I feel truly blessed to be able to work within my passion. My goal is to increase the health of my family, friends and clients through fitness.
As a cancer exercise specialist and breast cancer survivor myself, I have the knowledge and experience to work with cancer patients prior to surgery, during treatment and post surgery.
I served on the Colorado Advisory Board of my primary certification NSCA (National Strength Conditioning Association) for 6 years 2014-2020 and hold many certifications in different group exercise and personal training modalities.

Kind wordsOne morning I woke with an idea to incorporate movement/exercise into a project I was working on for my clients with cancer. The only problem was I am not a fitness professional. The very first person I thought of to partner with me on this project was Pauline. I had just learned she had become a CES and as an inspiring cancer survivor herself, she was my very first choice. I had spent years in her Zumba classes (front row!) and I knew her love and energy would be just wanted I wanted in these video classes.
When I reached out to her she was enthusiastic about the project. We made a plan and boom the project was on! She came to Texas to film with myself and my crew. She showed up on set prepared, enthusiastic and as the expert she always is! We only needed one take and one day of filming to knock out 4 classes. My production team was impressed, to say the least. Her love for others health and wellbeing really shines in these video classes.
You feel connected and enthusiastic about healing through movement. I wanted the best for my clients, and I got it with Pauline. She is a beacon of strength, love and resilience. I will partner with her again and again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me help so many people use movement to heal!
