Each major muscle group will be challenged with dumbbells, bands and or body weight. In Rumble (M.M.A), you will emulate real word M.M.A techniques from stick fighting to boxing. This is sure to get your heart rate fired up. You will also use a weapon; The rumble stick to create higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement.

Indoor Cycling- This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other exciting challenging drills and exercises.

All levels are welcome……An indoor cycling class set to exciting music tracks and choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.

On the 2nd Monday and 4th Wednesday of the month, we offer a “Tabata” cycling class.

The definition of Tabata: total of 4 minutes-8 rounds. 20 seconds of high intensity or anaerobic training followed by 10 seconds of rest. We alternate 4 minutes on the bike followed with 4 minutes on the studio with Tabata muscle conditioning. 4 rounds of bike and muscle conditioning will leave you with a well rounded cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout.

Each major muscle group will be challenged with dumbbells, bands and or body weight. In Rumble (M.M.A), you will emulate real word M.M.A techniques from stick fighting to boxing. This is sure to get your heart rate fired up. You will also use a weapon; The rumble stick to create higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement.
